Top Combo–Fairchild's own "Roberts' Robins" placed first in the instrumental group division of the contest. They will proceed to the "area" level of the contest at Hamilton AFB, California, and if they win there will proceed to the final competition for selection of the 1955 TOPS IN BLUE SHOW to be held in Denver.
